Also, your runner will need a physical. We use the KHSAA middle school form. I will post a link in comments.

If you are needing to get a physical, you can of course make an appointment with your child’s medical provider or there are several dates that you can go to the schools. I will post the dates and times here.

Our tentative schedule for practice this week is as follows:
Monday 7:30 am
Tuesday-Thursday 7 pm
Friday 7:30 am
We will be meeting at the GC track unless specified otherwise. Please make sure you have an up to date physical if you are new. Hope to see you there!!
