Huge congratulations to Master Erica on completing the IRONMAN 70.3 Eagleman in Cambridge, Maryland this past weekend! 🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️

We’ve had the privilege of watching Erica grow up at BRAVE. She started training with us at just 3½ years old and is now a sophomore in college. Seeing her take on a challenge like this triathlon and cross the finish line is seriously impressive.

Master Erica continues to be an inspiration to our students and families, proving that big goals are worth chasing. Way to go, Master Erica! 💪🏅

We took testing outside, enjoyed some fresh air, and spent a little time in nature. It was great watching our BRAVE students adapt to a different environment and show that their training goes wherever they do. 👊

Summer break is officially here! ☀️😎

We had a blast celebrating the start of summer at KidsFest with games, challenges, board breaking, food, and lots of fun.

School’s out, but we’re not about to spend the whole summer glued to screens. We’ve got karate, friends, cool events, and plenty of fun lined up all summer long at BRAVE. 👊

Confidence looks different when a girl realizes she can do hard things.

One class at a time, karate helps girls find their voice, trust themselves, and walk a little taller. It’s not about being perfect it’s about making steady progress and growing stronger with every small step.

And honestly? Watching that confidence grow is one of the best parts!

Always a student 🥋

This past weekend some of our Masters had the opportunity to train with Master Joe Goss Jr. at his dojang in Johnstown.

No matter your rank, there’s always another level to reach and another way to improve.

A good reminder that you’re always a student. Grateful for the wisdom shared and thankful to have that guidance through our senior instructor.
