We love the excitement before a hunt. Trust me, we get it.
But please don’t show up an hour (or more) early.
We cannot guide you before your scheduled time. Showing up that early creates a liability issue for us. If someone gets hurt, turns dogs loose, or heads into fields before we’re officially on the clock, that falls back on us.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes early, please do us a favor — go grab breakfast or lunch, fuel up, stretch your legs, and come back closer to your scheduled start time.
We build our day around set time slots for a reason:
• Dogs are rotated and rested properly
• Birds are placed accordingly
• Fields are prepared
• Previous hunts are cleared out safely
When you show up too early, it throws all of that off.
We want to give every group the best possible experience — not rush, not overlap, not cut corners.
Help us keep it safe. Help us keep it organized. Help us keep it enjoyable for everyone.
Not calling anyone out specifically but lately we've had almost every group show up over an hour before a guide is set to show up.
See you at your scheduled time 👊
