Hey hey! Pretty standard schedule. Cool off in Water Aerobics on Wednesday or Thursday. Try Barre Fight on Friday this week at 9am or Outdoor Yoga š§š»āāļø NEXT week at 8am on Friday since I donāt have school for the summer. 𤩠Spinning for the early birds on Saturday at 7:30am.
No Bike and Breath this week, but NEXT week it is at 9am since it is the day after the Fourth of July. :)

Remember, you can also schedule a TRX Pilates with a friend ANYTIME. Reach out to me and we can match up our schedules. You donāt have to do it at the times listed on my schedule if you have a partner to do it with. :) People have really been enjoying these and if you havenāt tried it yet, then you really should. Buy a TRX Pilates pass or just use two class passes for one semi-private training.
