To every client who has trusted us with your health, your goals, and your journey: thank you. We are beyond grateful to have built a community that feels more like family than a gym. Your support, encouragement, and belief in our mission means everything.

CLIENT SPOTLIGHT ✨💪

For the past 5 months, Brinley has shown what consistency really looks like.

She committed to the process, prepped her meals, showed up even on the days she didn’t feel like it, and trusted the plan. Now she’s lifting heavier than ever, crushing pull-ups, and getting stronger week after week.

Progress doesn’t come from perfection it comes from doing the work over and over again. Brinley is proof that when you stay consistent, the results follow.

“Working with Miranda has been truly life changing! Miranda makes sure to give you all the tools you need to succeed, you just have to be willing to put in the work outside of the gym with her. I have always been on the more “petite” side of body type but still wanted to tone up and overall look and feel better. Miranda helps you understand your macros, your workouts, and what YOU need. She knows that what works for someone else, wouldn’t work for me. Before I would dread going to the gym but now that is my favorite hours of the week! Strength gets the spotlight, but recovery is what keeps you moving.

Don’t forget to stretch after your workouts. Strength training causes your muscles to repeatedly contract, leaving them feeling tight. Taking just 5–10 minutes to stretch afterward can help improve flexibility, restore your range of motion, reduce stiffness, and prepare your body for your next workout.

Try holding each stretch for 20–30 seconds.
✅ Standing hamstring stretch
✅ Hip flexor lunge stretch
✅ Figure-4 glute stretch
✅ Quad stretch
✅ Calf stretch against a wall
✅ Child’s pose (back and shoulders)
✅ Cat-Cow stretch (spine mobility)
✅ Chest doorway stretch
✅ Cross-body shoulder stretch
✅ Overhead triceps/lat stretch

Strong muscles need good mobility. The better you recover, the better you’ll perform.
