Many of you have asked about group workouts similar to those I did living away from Greensboro. So here it is, workouts, starting Wednesday December 31st 2014 at 626am! We will meet in the grass of Lake Daniel Park by the roundabout at Garland Drive. Always free, always fun, come ready for a great workout and a sweaty hug. All levels, all abilities welcome!

OK everyone, BIG NEWS! We are going to meet tomorrow at 6:15A at Grimsley High School Stadium! NO 530A group this week while we feel it out, but look for it again soon. 6:15A, everyone come out and learn what running a stadium (with a little fun thrown in for good measure) is all about!

Just a reminder all, NEXT WEEK there is no 530 workout! I will be in the Caribbean, soaking up some sun, celebrating family, and drinking margaritas (and also running). THERE IS A 630 workout hosted by the lovely Kiley! Show up, work out, have a blast!!
