2019 AAU National Junior Olympics
ROADRUNNERS finished strong 💪

Connor has been a multi-event athlete since he is 11. This year he promoted to the decathlon. 2 days, 22 competition hours & 10 events. The one of the youngest in the field of over 40 competitors, Connor seeded 8th finished 7th 4997 pts

Stephen is completing his FIRST season as a decathlete. He put up Personal Bests in 8 of his 10 events. Day 2 was grueling with a report time of 8:30am and their final event the 1500m not completing until 9PM.
Stephen seeded 28 of 45, finishes 19th with a HUGE personal record of 5304 pts (300 pt improvement)
