We're Hiring!

OnCourse Turf Solutions is looking for dependable, hard-working people to join our team for a golf course irrigation installation project in Stanardsville, VA.

Project: September–December
Pay: $18–$28/hour (based on experience)+ Bonus

What We Offer:

Weekly meal stipend
Housing provided during the project
Company uniforms
Performance bonus at project completion
Opportunity for full-time employment

Golf course experience is a plus, but not required. Construction, landscaping, irrigation, farming, or other outdoor labor experience is a plus.

What a wild pre emerge season. Ice, snow, rain, frigid cold, and now 80 degrees today. Over 740 acres treated in 14 days is getting after it. Grateful for all of our customers, grateful for our guys who shined through adverse conditions, and grateful we slammed the door on spring 2026 pre emerge today. Bentgrass aerifications start Monday.
