This is not something we ever expected to write, but Ruckus has to close its doors. Despite our best efforts, we were never able to reach the revenues we had projected, and we have now run out of runway.

Our last day of operation will be August 31, 2026.

After an exhaustive search to find a buyer that stems back to the fall of 2025, we have been unable to secure a new owner. At this time the bank has determined that there is more value in the property and inventory than the business itself, so we have no choice but to close our doors.

Some logistics:
If you have a punch pass, come in and use it up before our last day.
If you are an annual member, you will be reimbursed the prorated amount for the rest of your billing year.
Recurring monthly membership charges will be stopped, so no further charges will be made unless a product was invoiced to your account in August.
Anything left in lost and found will be donated.

We know that for many of you this is a third space, it is for us as well. We want to share our immense gratitude to our incredible staff and our vibrant community. You are what made this such a special and unique place.

Ruckus has been so much more than a business to us, and we are deeply thankful that we got to share it with you.
