EMPOWERING CHANGE
It was such an honor to be a presenter at this amazing community event put on by Mustard Seed Community Health. It was so inspiring and I am so humbled at the people and organizations that pour their hearts into providing support and resources for those who are vulnerable, at-risk, and under-served.
AND ALWAYS REMEMBER- there is help and support out there. If you or anyone you know is unsafe, there is help. You CAN get support without fear of being judged or punished.
Don’t be afraid to ask. This is what community is all about. We see you, we love you so much, and we are here to help.

Welp… true to form I managed to take ZERO photos at our holiday party on Saturday. And while I was kicking myself, I know that is because I was too busy chatting and laughing and enjoying the amazing community surrounding Axis Pilates.
