Coach Sahil is a Certified Gymnastics Coach from Canada, the founder of TumblingCoach.com and Addicted To Tumbling, and the author of The Cheer Diet — internationally recognized resources that have become the “go-to” destination for coaches, athletes, and parents around the world.

Not only is he an incredible gymnastics coach, but he also works extensively with cheerleading athletes and programs across the world. Coach Sahil travels internationally training athletes and educating coaches on safe, effective, and successful tumbling progressions. His energy, knowledge, and passion for the sport are absolutely unmatched!

As a former gym owner, Coach Sahil has spent years developing coaching methods that help athletes gain skills quickly and safely while building strong technique and confidence along the way.

TTG’s is Chloe from Level 2! 🤸🏻‍♂️Chloe fell in love with gymnastics in 2022 when she and her sisters started off in rec classes, and later joined them competing for the team in the fall! 💪🏼 Some bold scores like a 9.3 on Bars at our Autumn Flip Fest meet, a 9.4 on Beam at Clark, a 9.4 on Floor at The All American Challenge, and a 9.4 on Vault at our Wild Wild West meet keep her excited and ready to take on her next challenge! 🤯
Chloe is a friend to all and loves every single one of her teammates. She is so proud to be a Tumbling Tiger! 🐅
