This isn't the message I want to deliver, but June will likely be our last month. We don't have enough members, and this is heartbreaking for those who have supported us. You've become family, and I'm grateful. We've invested our hearts and souls into this dream over the past two years. Although it may not work out, I feel blessed for the memories and relationships. Thank you to everyone who's been part of this journey. We'll keep fighting to keep the doors open because we believe our gym's mission is crucial for kids today. Thank you for reading; please consider trying us out before it's too late.

Group Workout Monday-Friday: 5-6 pm and 5:30-6:30 pm.
No Gi Jiu-jitsu: Kids Tuesday and Thursday 5:30-6:30 pm, Adults 7:30-8:30 pm.
Gi Jiu-jitsu: Monday and Wednesday, Kids 5-6 pm, Adults 6-7 pm.
Wrestling: Tuesday and Thursday 6:30-7:30 pm, plus practice the day before tournaments or meets.
Boxing/Kickboxing: Monday and Wednesday, Kids 6-7 pm, Adults 8-9 pm. Adult classes Tuesday and Thursday: 8:30-9:15 pm.
Friday schedule: Live rolls 5-6 pm, live stand-up 6-7 pm.
