Today marks 14 years since Landy passed, yet his presence is still felt in every corner of this land.

These photos are more than memories. They are the blueprint of what Darby Brother Farms is today. This was Bubba’s home, his livelihood, and his passion. It’s where he worked the land and raised his boys.

What you see here is the life built by Pop and Mama Darby, Carol, and Bubba and the legacy his sons Tandy and Rusty are continuing to restore. Not just the barns, the house, or the hunts but the way of life they grew up knowing alongside their dad. One rooted in hard work and family.

Every hunt guided and every memory made on this preserve carries his legacy forward. The past and present meet here. We remember Bubba not just for what he did, but for what he left behind.

This is why we have The Preserve. To remember, to tell the stories, and to keep his legacy alive.
