GCHS Bowling update. Go Cougars!

10/30/2020

This week marked the beginning of the 2020-2021 bowling season for your Greenfield Central boy’s and girl’s teams!

The boy’s team comes out of week 1 with a win against Warren Central, and a loss against a tough Franklin Twp team. The team was led by senior Landon Warren who averaged 211/game for the first four games of the season.

The girl’s team started their season off with two impressive wins against Cathedral and Eastern Hancock. The team was led by senior Tandess O’Neal who averaged an impressive 227/game for the first four games of the season.

Be sure to look out for our teams next Tuesday as they travel to All Star Bowl. Both teams will face off against traditional rivals next week as the boys team will face off against Cathedral, and the girls will face off against Franklin Twp. These matches should be fun, so stay tuned!

Good morning GC Bowling family! Our first practices start this afternoon and tomorrow from 4:30-6:00 pm.

A quick parent meeting will take place before the end of practice next Tuesday on September 29th at 5:45 pm. Please be present to receive updates on the upcoming season.

Tryouts for the Greenfield Central boys and girls teams will be taking place this week on Tuesday and Wednesday from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm. If you are not available either day and you still want to tryout, please contact us and let us know so we can arrange a day to tryout for your student athlete. Thank you!
