Favorite movement: Toss up between a Wall Ball and Split Jerks

Least Favorite Movement: thrusters 🤮

Favorite part of coaching: I’m pretty new to it, but I’d have to say being able to engage with the athletes and try to motivate them during the Metcon

Job outside of CrossFit: Active Duty Army

Family: Engaged to Chris, three bonus daughters (14, 12, and 5), 2 dogs (Black lab that’s almost 1 and Siberian husky that’s also almost 1) and one kitten (DSH that’s 1 in Sept)!
