Tioga Velo Club Central NY Southern Tier Cycling Club providing weekly time trials and road races from May through S There are also race teams associated with TVC.

TVC is made up of casual and avid racers, riders of any ability are encouraged to join. The Mission in motion women's cycling team and the men's Ruud Racing Cycling team.

The 2026 Dave Panella memorial Cyclocross race is on Saturday, October 3rd. Registration is now available on Bikereg:

Help us run a smooth race by registering early. To encourage folks to register early we’ve dropped the pre-registration fees by $15 per field. To encourage women’s and juniors racing, we’ve also lowered the prices of those fields by $5 this year.
This is always a fun race with great prizes so sign up early to make sure we can run a smooth race!

Dave Panella early registration ends at midnight, Sunday, September 14th. Register early to save yourself $10. Additionally, early entries will receive a 2nd entry in the raffle for a free night’s stay at a hotel in the Adirondacks 😊.

Sorry if you’ve gotten this twice, I wanted to make sure I covered everyone.

While this is the last week for Panella registration for everyone, I want to highlight there is a coupon code available, ”Women24”, for 50% off the women’s races to encourage women’s racing and hopefully bring back some of the women’s teams we use to have.

Dave Panella registration ends at midnight, Thursday, October 10th. The weather looks like it will be beautiful for race day. Register before Race-day and save yourself $10 – and extra paperwork! Every pre-registered racer will receive an entry in a raffle to win a free 2-night stay in lake placid.
