RAW Boxing Organization In 1986, Terrance was introduced to the sport of boxing, where he had a stellar amateur career coming in as a runner-up for Golden Glove in 1987.

Terrance then won the Golden Glove in 1988 and also captured an ABF( Amateur Boxing Federation) Championship in the Middleweight catergory. Terrance, who has trained nationally and internationally, became part of the training camp with Hector Camacho, and went on to have 44 amateur bouts with 2 defeats. From there he fought on the under card featuring Roy Jones, Jr. Terrance made his Washington, D

C debut at the " Million Man Fight", which was the eve of the historic "Million Man March", he won with a first round knock-out. After a hard felt blow from being mismanaged Terrence changed his focus to training fighters and started instructing fighters at Prince George's Community College. Terrance is passing on his professional training as the founder of RAW Boxing Organization (RBO) managing, training, and promoting fighters. Accomplishments:
