I know it’s football season, but for all the baseball families, here is a great opportunity to get better in the fall!

Tennessee Baseball Camps are held at Lindsey Nelson Stadium on the University of Tennessee campus in Knoxville, Tennessee. Tennessee Baseball Camps are led by the UT Vols Baseball coaching staff.

This Saturday morning the weather looks good enough early to do some work on the Softball field. We need to install the safety base at first, fix the area around 2nd, install a new pitchers rubber and a new home plate. They are gracious enough to allow us to use their field for our youth teams, so I want to repay them by getting the field ready for our middle school girls, a lot of whom either have played or still play for our youth teams. If you are willing to help dig, rake, measure, and get your hands a little dirty, let Clevenger know. I would like to start around 8:30 am.

Good afternoon Greenback Youth Sports Families. I am looking to make some basic improvements to our fields in the upcoming weeks. I am looking for some volunteers that might have some experience with the following:
Basic Carpentry
Mini excavator work
Small Concrete forms
Basic leveling
And Field Work.
If you feel confident and have experience or knowledge, please Reach out to Michael Clevenger via messenger or on this thread. I can explain more about what we need before the spring season in upon us.

Our final two All-Star teams start district play tomorrow.

10U will be taking on Sweetwater at 7:30 in Vonore.

12U will be playing Sweetwater at 6pm in Etowah.

Our 12u Softball girls are headed to Collinswood next week to participate in the State Tournament. Here’s an amazing opportunity to help support them!

This team worked hard and played hard!

Our 8u All-Star team are coming home finishing 3rd place in the district tournament. And.. they were awarded the Sportsmanship Award for the way they represented Greenback!!!
