Comparing Coaching to Therapy
Despite the fact that they are diametrically opposed, therapy and coaching are frequently confused. Therapy is one of the ways that people who work in the field of mental health help people with diseases like anxiety and depression get better. On the other hand, coaching is meant to help people who are otherwise healthy reach goals like being happier, losing weight, and finding a better balance between their work and personal lives.
