We're excited to share that a brand-new TotalCare Pool retail experience is coming to Green Valley in August 2026! 🎉

🎁 Plus a few surprises we're keeping under wraps for now...

For nearly 20 years, we've helped our customers enjoy their pools. Now we're expanding our vision to help you create an entire backyard oasis—whether that's relaxing in a new hot tub, upgrading your outdoor space, or finding unique products you won't see everywhere else.

The best part? We're not going far! 😊

Our new store is still located in Continental Shopping Plaza, directly across from McDonald's, making it even easier to stop in and see us with lots of parking👏.

And don't worry—we're still open and operating from our current location right next to Safeway while we prepare the new space. Feel free to stop by and visit us anytime for pool supplies, water testing, equipment, and expert advice.

Attention Robert Tappe... your robotic cleaner is currently in surgery. 🚨🤖🔧

While most repair shops use workbenches, Michael prefers the "sit on the floor and spread parts everywhere" method. We aren't sure if it's an official repair technique, but somehow it works.

This is what happens behind the scenes when you drop off your pool cleaner at TotalCare Pool. One minute it's not moving, the next minute Michael has it completely disassembled and is speaking to it in a language only pool guys understand.

The good news, Robert, is that your cleaner is receiving the full VIP treatment. The bad news is that if you walk in right now, it looks like a robotic cleaner exploded in our showroom.

All kidding aside, we take pride in repairing equipment whenever possible and helping our customers get more life out of their pool products.

Now everyone wish Michael luck as he attempts to put all the pieces back together without having any "extra parts" left over. 😂

At 3:00 PM today, we pause to honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

Because of them, we have the freedom to enjoy moments like this — family gathered together, kids laughing in the pool, burgers on the grill, and another Arizona summer with the people we love.

Memorial Day is more than a long weekend. It’s a time to remember those who never made it home and to reflect on the incredible cost of our freedom.
