Events and Weights have been update for Strongman!

Press Medley
Athletes will have 1 minute to clean and press 3 implements in the following order. Axle bar. Sandbag. Yoke. Yoke height will be set prior to competition at weigh in's. Athlete will be required to hold yoke in rack position without yoke touching the ground, subject to referee discretion. Athlete must wait for down command from referee. Fastest time wins. Time splits will be taken for each implement.

Sandbag Carry and Load
Athletes will have 1 minute to pick, carry for 75, 50 and 25 feet (from lightest to heaviest) and load 3 sandbags over yoke. Time stops when 3rd sandbag hits the ground. Must be completed in order of lightest to heaviest. Fastest time wins. Time splits will be taken for all sandbags. Chalk allowed.
48" bar for men.
42" bar for women and teen.

Sandbag Throw for Height
Athletes will have 1 minute to throw 4 sandbags over a bar. Sandbag must clear the cross bar without knocking the cross bar down. Time will stop when 3rd bag hits the ground. Time splits will be taken for all bags. Fastest time wins.
14' bar for men.
12' bar for women and teen.

Car deadlift
Athlete will have 1 minute to deadlift frame as many times as possible. Athlete must wait for down command on each rep. Straps, belt and sleeves allowed. Max reps wins.

Sandbag to Shoulder
Athletes will have 1 minute to pick sandbag and lift to shoulder as many times as possible. Control must be shown by extending arm tat is not holding the sandbag. Max reps wins. Chalk allowed.

This max bench contest will take place during the Green River Sports Festival. The booth will remain open from 10am until the conclusion of the Strongman event.
Each attempt will cost $20 and any lift that touches your chest and is locked out while your butt remains on the bench will count as a completed rep. You may perform as many attempts as you'd like.
There will be a male and female division.
The person in each division with the highest bench will split the pot with the event for that division.
