New beginning’s for our crew. Folklore owed by Stephanie Harris in his first big event doing the Green Hunter Incentive Championship this week. Partly Cloudy owned by Stephanie Harris stepping into the ring for the first time with our own Katie Haselden aboard. A well deserved trail ride after their big week!! A big thank you to the Merryburn Farm Staff and especially Katie Haselden who not only keeps us all organized but is an invaluable part of the team that gives these young horses the foundation they need for success.

Catching up on last week at Equifest III; Charlotte Harris and Jennifer Morton dominating the NHS adult Medal 🥇🥈 Also top ribbons in the A/O 3’3” division aboard their respective mounts Kannnan’s boy, W and Cavalier. Charlotte Harris and Kannan’s Boy W also bringing home a fifth in the National Derby. A big congrats to the Merryburn riders on a successful week!

A successful week at Split Rock II for the Merryburn horses and riders!

During the week Carl Weeden and Stephanie Harris’ Prime Time MLC & Folklore braved the rain to have another nice outing in the 3’ Green Hunters (Prime Time got to finish his week with a fun trail ride with his mom!)

On the weekend Jennifer Morton and Cavalier rode to top ribbons in the older 3’3 AOs and finished the week with a great trip in the Amateur section of the National Derby Regional Championships!

Charlotte Harris and Kannan’s Boy-W also jumped to great placings in the younger 3’6 AOs and had a fun first Hunter GrandPrix taking home 10th!

Congratulations Ladies and thank you to our great team that makes this possible! Next stop Amateur Finals 💪
