ATF Form 4 Suppressor Update:
There is a lot of confusion and misinformation going around about transferring Silencers via 4473/NICS Check only. Just to clarify, we are not transferring suppressors on a standard firearm form “4473” until we get the go ahead from the ATF. We are very excited about what is happening, but the ATF and DOJ have 60 days to appeal this decision. Once we know more, we will let our customers know. So at this time we will still be submitting suppressors to the ATF by the standard "Form 4" process like normal.
We are afraid and certain that there are some unintended Felons being created by this Injunction Ruling and it’s interpretation by less scrupulous FFL Dealers. This is troubling and we hope to get clarification soon. But that said our standard Form 4 processing is only taking 3-4 days and that’s the completely safe procedure for now.
