Yoga is included in all trials and memberships, so if you’re here for 4 Weeks for $69, yoga is included.

Not a member but want to take yoga? You’re welcome to join us for a $10 drop-in fee.

In 2022 I decided not to fear failure, losing friends or a stable job, but to chase my dreams, and I went after them hard-core! In the last year and a half I have not failed, but I have succeeded.
I have met so many amazing people, and helped so many people accomplish things that they never thought they could. From insecurities, mental health, getting into the best shape of their life, having a place that they are comfortable to work out in and make friends, not being afraid to work out around other people or just getting into a better state of mind.
I have made so many new friends, genuine friends, I’ve linked back up with people I never thought I would’ve seen again, and I have grown so much from this entire experience.
And I did all of that, while chasing my dream.

‼️‼️‼️ THAT IS SUCCESS!!! ‼️‼️‼️

My dream might not have been for Green Cove Springs, but that doesn’t mean I have to stop. I will continue to do what I love to do the most, and that is teach.
Somewhere down the road as the store closes. I have faith that another door will open. Thank you Green Cove Springs. It has been fun.

Our final class before closing the doors to this awesome journey will be September 23. We will have a cycle class and a Boot Camp! 🖤🩶
