This week looks like it'll be a hot one, folks! Please remember to drink plenty of water and electrolytes. It might be a good idea to do a shorter 3-mile run Wednesday. You can either run alone or bring a friend and enjoy some social camaraderie. Don't forget to bring some food to share as we enjoy a meal together after the run or walk. Join us every Wednesday at 6pm at Big Barn Brewery in Green Bluff, Washington state, yes even on chilly winter days with a wind chill of around 0 degrees Fahrenheit!
