Our certified fitness professionals are available to assist customers with their wellness and fitness needs, and promote healthy lifestyles. Join us for one of our fitness classes or click on our videos to view a variety of workouts that you can do on your own at home. ***ATTENTION BELLIN RUN PARTICIPANTS***

BELLIN WALK/RUN Team Oneida packets are ready for pick up at Oneida Family Fitness. Pick-up is available during our hours of operation at the Front Desk until next Friday (June 12th).

If you are planning to be in the team photo (and we hope you all are!) you'll want to look for the large white Corporate Tent near the basketball court in Astor Park. Team Oneida will have a small table inside. The photo will be taken on the bleachers outside of the tent. We will have any unclaimed packets available, however, picking them up ahead of time is extremely helpful. Again, our photo slot is 7:20 AM (Our time slot is strictly enforced so that other teams are able to get their photos taken as well!), but EARLY ARRIVAL is encouraged! Parking can be tricky so earlier the better!

Our Commit to Fit is a FREE Member Incentive....Runs October 1, 2025 - September 30, 2026! Oneida Family Fitness recognizes the importance in maintaining an active lifestyle. Commit to Fit will recognize members who work out 3-5 days a week. Prizes awarded QUARTERLY based on monthly check-ins PLUS 1 year-end grand prize winner!
BRONZE: 9-11 check-ins
SILVER: 12-14 check-ins
GOLD: 15+ check-ins

* NOON Hike at Oneida Lake with Sue
* JMIO Walk 4-6pm at Oneida Nation Elementary
* Use the FREE Calm App offered to Oneida Nation Employees
