Oneida Family Fitness Welcome! We are an Oneida Community & Corporate based fitness and wellness center. Foul language, vulgarity, personal attacks, or threats shall not be posted.

Our certified fitness professionals are available to assist customers with their wellness and fitness needs, and promote healthy lifestyles. Join us for one of our fitness classes or click on our videos to view a variety of workouts that you can do on your own at home. 👻 Halloween Painting: Wednesday, October 28 (4pm-7pm)

Cost: $15 per person (12 years and older)

We had a total of 30 members remain in the Commit to Fit Club for all 12 months. Great job everyone!!

NEW YEAR of Commit to Fit Club started October 1. This is a FREE Member Incentive that runs October 1, 2026 - September 30, 2027! Oneida Family Fitness recognizes the importance in maintaining an active lifestyle. Commit to Fit will recognize members who work out 3-5 days a week.
