Join me for a family-friendly yoga experience designed for families with children ages 4+. This welcoming class is a chance for kids and grown-ups to move, breathe, connect, and enjoy meaningful time together.
Hosted by Lux Life Chiropractic and taught by me, Megan Segrin from Jenstar Movement Studio in Green Bay, this class will incorporate simple yoga movements, mindfulness, and plenty of opportunities for family connection. šæ Outdoor, weather permitting!ļæ½Weād love to enjoy this experience in our beautiful outdoor space. However, since Wisconsin weather can be unpredictable, weāll have a cozy indoor backup plan if rain makes an appearance.
š§āāļø A note for participating families:ļæ½Weād love for everyone to actively participate in the yoga activities! Since Megan will be guiding and helping a group of families, we kindly ask that each adult stay attentive to and responsible for the kiddos they bring along. If you have a yoga mat available to you, please bring it along! If not, thatās okay!
