KRICK, LLC KRICK, LLC organizes and produces professional log rolling tournaments, trains log rolling instructors, and teaches log rolling.

“Katie’s passion for the sport, and innovative teaching style transformed our 3 staff—all novice rollers—from instructors for a summer recreation program, into dynamic facilitators who have greatly enhanced our summer programming and the experiences of our community members and guests.” Lisa Gernand Recreation Coordinator City of Winona Park & Recreation

The Log Rolling Instructor Training Video is the product of more than 40 combined years of teaching log rolling. In creating the Instructor Training Video, common teaching concepts used to train Lifeguards and Swim Instructors were applied. The goal of the video is to enable any person with knowledge of teaching motor skills to start and maintain a program that will greatly enhance the aquatics programs at his/her facility. The owner of KRICK, LLC was the co-founder of Three Rivers Roleo and the director of the tournament. Three Rivers Roleo is in its 9th year in 2016 and will be featured on Fox Sports North & Wisconsin for the second consecutive year. Additionally, KRICK, LLC is organizing and producing the 1st annual US Log Rolling Open in Chicago Southland.
