Falcon Football, founded in 1941, is a non-profit program that is instructional in nature. We strive to implant firmly in the youth of our community the ideals of character, leadership, hard work, physical conditioning, good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage, and respect for authority, so that they may become well adjusted, strong, and happy children. l provides a supervised program of conditioning, training, and competitive football games. All members shall be guided by the principle that exceptional athletic skill and winning of games is only the secondary objective, and that their leadership and teamwork should always reflect the above stated mission. Falcon Football is a member of the Great Lakes Independent Football Conference that represents teams from the Lakeshore, Fox Valley, Green Bay and Upper Michigan. The GLIFC is a competitive football conference that is affiliated with Heads Up Football. Heads Up Football is a certified safety program that teaches coaches and players the proper techniques for tackling and blocking. Coaches are trained in concussion recognition & response, heat preparedness & response and proper equipment fitting; to ensure the game of football is played better and safer.
