Chris LaLonde came in one last time before leaving for VMI yesterday. He’s been a dedicated year round wrestler at Bear Cave for about 10 years. I’m sad to see him go but excited about his future.

Sergei Beloglazov spent the day sharing the techniques, and mindset that made him one of the most accomplished wrestlers in history. Our athletes walked away with a deeper understanding of the sport and memories they’ll never forget.
