Unmarried grade and high school student who have not attained the age of 18 must have written consent of their parents or guardians to participate, USBC rule 13 will prevail.
This tournament is open to all USBC members of any Association chartered with the USBC. Entries are limited to 96 bowlers (no more than 3 bowlers per lane, for 32 lanes), and shall be assigned in the order they are received. If a bowler has paid his/her entry fee and cannot bowl, the waiting list prevails, upon completing entry form and submitting entry fee before closing date. Waiting list participants must be present at least 30 minutes before the squad time. All participants must present a current USBC membership card at check-in time. Eligible non-USBC members may qualify by paying a $30.00 fee for an affiliate membership.
ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to bowl in this tournament, the bowler must be a current member of USBC, a state USBC and a local association. Youth bowlers may bowl in this tournament, per youth membership eligibility rule 400.
First place will receive an entry in the 2026 USBC Masters plus prize money, if the first-place winner already has a USBC Masters spot, the second-place finisher shall receive the USBC Masters entry.

OFFICIAL 2025 TOURNAMENT ENTRY BLANK

All bowlers in the tournament must check in and be ready to bowl at least 30 minutes before the scheduled squad time. If they are not ready to start by the starting time, they may forfeit their entry in the Tournament.
LANE ASSIGNMENTS: Bowlers will be assigned lanes based on the order the entries are received.
LANE CONDITION: The oil pattern TBD.
QUALIFYING: We will bowl 8 games for qualifying across 16 lanes, Lane rotation will be determined by the number of entries received.
Contestants shall have 10 minutes of practice prior to starting time.
Errors in scoring or errors in calculation must be corrected by a tournament official immediately upon discovery of such error. Time limit of 24 hours is in effect for such appeal of errors. The decision of the tournament committee shall be final unless an appeal is made in accordance with USBC rule 329. Bowlers are cautioned not to sign the score sheets before or during progress of competition, sign only after you are satisfied that the scores are correct.
The tournament committee shall reserve the right to refuse any entry and will have the final decision on all entries, including refunding entry money.
After eight games qualifying, the top 16 will bowl one game and cut to top 8. The top 8 will bowl one game and cut to top 4. The top 4 will bowl one game stair step. No pins carry over.
