𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐙𝐞𝐞 𝐒𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐡.

We are excited to welcome Zee Smith as our new NVA Soccer GA Aspire Head Coach. Coach Zee brings 15+ years of coaching experience across competitive boys and girls environments, including AYSO Los Angeles, SURF Monterey, Fredericksburg FC, and VISTA. Her work has always centered around building strong team culture, developing confident players, and creating clear pathways for long-term growth.

With a USSF C License, a degree from NYU, and an MBA from the University of Mary Washington, Zee brings a powerful blend of coaching knowledge, leadership, and player development experience.

Her teams have competed on some of the biggest international stages, including the Gothia Cup, Paris World Games, Barcelona Cup, and MAD Cup in Madrid. In 2025, her team placed third overall at the Paris World Games, and her squad finished in the top 16 out of 149 teams at the Gothia Cup.

Coach Zee’s approach is positive, performance-driven, and player-centered. She focuses on mental development, player empowerment, and helping athletes maximize their strengths within a competitive team environment.
