Do you ever go to the gym in wonder what the heck am I supposed to do here? Look around see all the guys lifting weights and just try to follow them? What about what to eat? What about proportions? How much of this should I eat how much protein should I have how many carbs should I eat in a day? Why should you have to worry about that why not let an expert worry about that. I can send you weekly workouts I can send you weekly meal plans for half the price of a trainer. You can go to the gym you can prepare your old meals you could do it all by yourself.
