I had a stove returned from a customer. He hasn't used it in several years and was having troubles getting it to bloom. I think the problem was that the stove had some contamination in it. As you see from the video it lit after the contamination was burnt out. We have a life time guarantee and if you have any problems with your stove let us know and we'll take care of the problem.

Been backpacking for 45 years now (Wyoming/Alaska/Hawaii) and this is the best no hassle, no break, no bu****it, light stove I have ever used.......
