A moment of silence my 70-200 🥲 the focus part of the barrel has started coming loose and I have tightened all exterior screws that I could and it didn’t fix a thing. Going to try and see if a camera shop a few hundred miles from me can fix it for a decent price. I will be on kit lenses for the remainder of the year probably 👎🏼 my backup 75-300 has seen a lot better days as well. This sport is extremely hard on camera gear. I’ve shot 95 races this season and will shoot over 110 by the time 2026 is over. This is a -$1500 wack that hurts going into the time of year where I don’t get to free lance much. I think running used lenses hasn’t helped me a lot. Time to save up and buy one brand new and not worry about it for awhile
