Great Falls CrossFit offers many different opportunities to improve your overall fitness through General Physical Preparedness. We offer a Fundamentals Course where we teach you all the required movements to do any workout. We also have 9 different classes throughout the week and 2 classes on Saturday. Open 2026 is upon us! 🤩 My favorite time in the CrossFit season… everyone around the world coming together and throwing down!!💪🏻 Friday is 26.1 day… class times are only 5am, 9am, and FNLs start 4:30pm. Heat times will be on the mirror… throw your name in a time slot… warm up… and then throwdown. FNL theme: Bro tanks. Come cheer on our GFCF community… FNLs never disappoints! See ya Friday😎

Together, we stepped up—48,750 box step-ups in honor of our veterans and raising awareness for Veteran's mental health and su***de prevention.

Every single rep was a quiet act of love, a reminder that even the smallest gesture, multiplied by a community, can lift someone out of the dark.

Thank you for showing up, for caring, and for proving that together we are stronger than the silence.

Our athlete, Joshua Holloway, sat down with Coach Theresa to discuss his 186lb weight loss journey. Joshua has been active in our 5 and 6am classes for the past 7 months. Spreading his joy, laughter, and heart for people to all who attend. Coach Tahnee will be putting on TWO separate olympic lifting seminars in the coming weeks! If you have been eager to advance your technique and better understand the mechanics of the sn**ch and clean this is a great opportunity to do just that 🏋🏻‍♂️

💥 Beginner and intermediate lifters are encouraged to attend
💥 $75 gets you two 1.5 hour classes in an intimate coaching setting
💥 Class size limited to 10 - secure your spot quickly via Venmo or reaching out directly to
💥 Day one will be broad, general instruction for all and day two will hone in on individual corrections
