Are you pregnant? That doesn't mean you can't Jazzercise!
Exercising while pregnant has tons of research-backed benefits for both mom and baby, including better mood and energy, less complicated labor, and quicker postpartum recovery. Strong women have been welcoming babies into our community for over 50 years, and you can be confident that all movements can be tailored specifically to meet your needs.
As always, make sure you are cleared for movement by your medical provider. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Every class includes options for low impact, standing version for floor movement, and you can use lighter weights or no weight at all.
