Looking for players! Meeting at Cavanaugh on Monday, July 29th at 6:30pm.

We will be looking to fill a roster for a fall league in Salina. This team will be for incoming 7th & 8th graders. There will be a 6:30pm meeting on Monday, July 29th at Cavanaugh Soccer Complex if you are interested in joining the team.

Here a some quick league details at a glance:
- You will need to purchase a GBUFC jersey (typically around $25)
- The league will run from September 7th through October 26th.
- The team fee will be $350 per team (the $350 will be divided by the number of players on the team)
- Practice during the season could be on Mondays, Tuesdays, & Thursdays.
- Games will be every other Saturday during the season. This will eliminate traveling every weekend.
- If you want to play a middle school sport we still encourage our players to compete for a fall sport at the middle school and join our practice afterwards. We will not ask you to choose only one. You are very welcome to do both. We do ask that you make the coaches aware if you will be competing in two sports at the same time.

The Great Bend City Council voted 6-0 Monday to approve improvements to Heizer Park. Great Bend Panthers and the traveling soccer team Great Bend United FC were there to watch.
