The Bat Cats slump continues into game 2 of the National Baseball Congress World Series as they can’t solve the mystery of crossing the plate, losing 7-0 to the Liberal BJ’s.

Neither team hit, but free bases to Liberal followed by timely hitting led to runs that Great Bend couldn’t overcome.

It’s a must-win on Tuesday, along with some tie-breaker implications…..or the season is over.
