Proof that getting kids involved at young ages in sports, teaching them to be good people and teammates- and being part of a great organization like Quicksilver, can certainly help to direct them in the right direction!!! This group (from 1 community) has 6 future college athletes(absolutely crazy) , 2 current college attendees, and 3 girls headed to college in some pretty impressive fields of study!!! It certainly takes a village!! Proud to have been part of Quicksilver, and to have been surrounded by the parents and these girls!! Keep passing the torch, and paying it forward!! There’s so much talent out there!! Parents have to keep it going!! GET INVOLVED!

Man…. Now I know why these girls were so fun to coach - they are pretty damn good athletes! Even though we dont get together a couple times a week, for me to yell, cuss, and scream at them… (and boy do i miss it) they still have a place in my heart of hearts!! If you can find them playing with other teams, FOLLOW THEM!! They are taking their success to another level !!

PARENTS- this all started with them joining Quicksilver Softball… TAKE THE PLUNGE!! The organization is in great hands, and they are developing the next great softball teams, and players for the future!

We played our last game tonight with this amazing team! We have made so many memories over the last 8 summers, and spent quality time with so many amazing families!!! Your girls will always have a special place in my heart, and be a part of my extended family… I love them all…..

All roads eventually come to an end, it’s every coaches hope that you have equipped your players with wings strong enough to take them wherever they want to go….

Being a Dad/Coach , sometimes it’s hard to feel right giving out recognition only to your daughter/player… but I’m pretty tough on this kid 24/7/365…. Wish everyone could see that the real amazing thing about her…. SHE’s an AMAZING TEAMMATE and a better person…
