Ended the season with a Pizza Party 🍕🎉

This year has been incredible and I’m so grateful for the time with each and everyone of the girls who came out for cheer during the 2021-2022 season. I can’t wait to see what next year brings and hope I see some familiar faces back for 2022-2023.

I just want to say I am super proud of these young ladies and all they put into this last season. Next year we will only grow and continue to get better.

Thanks to all families who helped support these girls and their time as a GBMS Cheerleader.

GBMS Cheerleaders did amazing at the tournament today! Their progress really showed with the 3 games we cheered at. Great Bend dominated with running clocks for all their games. So much to be proud of today. Thanks for all the supporters who showed up on a Saturday morning to cheer on GBMS cheer and basketball today!

First game of Boys Basketball season. We cheered for 7th and 8th grade “A” teams. Both with blowout wins!

With sickness and days off from school, the ladies only had one practice to prepare for today’s game. They ROCKED it!

We have one practice and then another game on Monday, so we look forward to getting more practice time in and growing this season!

Great job tonight ladies!

These ladies finally got to do some stunting at our game on Thursday! This is our BLACK squad who cheers on the 7th grade ladies basketball team. They cheered them on while the PANTHERS clenched a win against Garden City.

Coach Lucchesi was with our RED squad cheering on the 8th grade ladies basketball team to their victory. They also finally got some stunting in at the game(I apologize for not getting pics of those girls, but will next game 😊)

So proud of how far these ladies have come and how well they work together as a team to be the best they can be! We are so excited to get back to practice to work on more great things to help cheer on the PANTHERS!

Tonight’s game I was with our BLACK squad cheering on the ladies 7th grade Panther basketball teams, while Coach Lucchesi was with our RED squad cheering on the ladies 8th grade basketball teams.

These ladies right here deserve so much praise! They showed up and cheered their little hearts out. The enthusiasm and spirit they performed with lifted the whole gym and you could feel their energy radiate!

The 7th and 8th grade basketball teams both won all 4 games, with 7th grade ’A’ Team blowing it out of the water with a 45-0 victory! ‘B’ Team wasn’t too far off with a 28-1 victory.

This right here, is why it’s GREAT to be a Great Bend Panther!

Good job tonight ladies, all around. Both squads continue to grow and prove they have what it takes to be apart of the GBMS cheer squad and I couldn’t be more proud of each and every one of them!

Late post but these girls did awesome for their first Basketball game!

I was with our RED squad (8th grade basketball) while Coach Lucchesi was with our BLACK squad (7th grade basketball) so I’m sorry for not posting those cheerleaders.

A team won their game while B team lost by only 3 points. Both 7th grade teams won their games as well! This makes cheering on our Panthers so exciting to have games like last night!

We look forward to more exciting things with our squads as the season progresses. We have some new faces this season and they’re already getting up to par with the girls!

Reminder: Every cheerleader needs a T-shirt as part of their uniforms. Deadline for T-shirt orders is tomorrow! Please make sure you get your order in by then.

Also, we will have BASKETBALL/WRESTLING cheer pictures on November 1st. We will get picture packets out at our next practice October, 25th (Monday).

No practice Thursday, October 21st! (Early dismissal)

Each cheerleader is required to purchase a T-shirt from the link below. First names are not required for the backs of the shirts, but are strongly encouraged. Tshirts are part of the cheerleader’s uniforms, so it’s important to get these ordered on time! Deadline is Friday, October 22nd and there WILL NOT be a way to order past this date. Please reach out if you have any questions regarding uniforms and/or purchasing.

We look forward to a great season and it was awesome seeing some new faces at practice today!
