Our Mat Pilates Teacher Training is designed to give you the knowledge, confidence, and support to build a lasting foundation, whether you're looking to teach professionally or simply deepen your understanding of Pilates and movement.

We're excited to welcome new faces and familiar ones back to the studio this month.

Here's what's new:

🌅 Monday Sunset Series | 6:30 PM All Levels Reformer

We're also thrilled to welcome Fern Katz and Bridget Murphy to our teaching team! Be sure to say hello when you see them in the studio. Both instructors are available for private 1:1 sessions if you're looking for personalized guidance or want to deepen your practice.

We're planning some special Mat Pilates Pop-Up Classes later this month, so stay tuned for announcements.
