4 Days a week of Strength Training when she's not Traveling around the World💪

Is it Easy? Nope. She Complains 🤣then follows it up with the Work. "Sugarfoot".

She's COMMITTED To her Health & Longevity..which is the Foundation of CrossFit & Our Strength Training.

She continues to Reach Milestones at 63yrs old.(i had typo of 62).ex:
Deadlift PR of 240lb & Oh her Pullup ..could it be that her favorite movement is GHD situps 😀
&
Best of All she is the only person in the Gym without a Callus 🤣🤣🤣.
