KENTUCKY ELITE ARCHERY - NASP CAMP 2026

“Come explore archery in a new way! Finish off your kids summer the right way! Join us for NASP CAMP 2026! Saturday, AUGUST 1st.
Kentucky Elite Archery Academy’s Summer Archery Camp is designed with the local school’s NASP archery program in mind! Designed specifically for student athletes involved in the National Archery in the Schools Program lead by KEA’s NASP BIA Certified, S3DA Advanced, and USA Archery Level 3 NTS Coach and Instructor Trainers.

Camp Includes: 2 solid hours of team building, fun-damentals, technical skills training, camp certificates, introduction to 3-D animal archery, balloon shoots, and more…. Each session is limited to the first 30 campers.

Where: EAST CARTER MIDDLE SCHOOL ( #1 Spirit Lane, Grayson, KY 41143)
When: Saturday, August 1st
Who: Grades 4-12
Cost: $50 per camper
Times : Session I - 9:00-11:00 (Grades 4-6)
Session II – 1:00-3:00 (Grades 7-12)

Equipment: Please bring your own Genesis Bow and Easton Arrows. (A limited amount of equipment will be available on site and upon request)

Payment: Campers $50 payment will be accepted ON SITE the day of camp using cash (preferred) or PayPal.

An amazing end to an amazing season. Say well done to C**t and Josie who represented Kentucky Elite well at the seasons end 2026 Eastern Outdoor Target Nationals this weekend in Indiana! A great finish for both! Josie won honors this week as Kentucky’s Outdoor Target Shooter of the Year and as Kentucky OVERALL Shooter of the year.
There are Great things in store for these amazing archers!! Well done!!!

Get ready for hunting season the right way!
Join us June 26th & 27th for our FREE Bow Inspection Weekend at the shop.

‼️ This is a no-cost inspection where we will go over your bow setup and make sure everything is ready for the season ahead.

🔧 Important details to know:
🐾 This is an inspection only, no work will be performed same day.
🐾 If your bow needs parts, strings, arrows, fletching, or any repairs, we will get everything ordered for you.
🐾 Any needed items must be paid for at the time of appointment.
🐾 Labor/work costs will apply when work is completed at a later date.

📅 Appointments are available in 30-minute time slots to ensure everyone gets proper attention.

One miss doesn't decide your potential or a final score. You have to miss a lot of shots to hit a lot of shots. So…..Keep showing up.

I can nail it at 10yards!

Your body stays calm.
Your release feels natural.
Your mind stays focused.

But when the target gets further, suddenly the pressure feels heavier.

“What if I miss?”
“Don’t choke.”
“Everyone is watching.”
“This going to wreck my score”.
“I don’t want to let my coach and parents down”.

Your grip is tighter.
Your stance changes for some reason. .
And the doubt becomes louder
In your head.

And you don’t know why! .

It’s the Same bow.
You are the Same archer.
You have trained for this shot with 200’s of arrows.
Same shot sequence. .

BUT A Different mindset.

I don’t like the term target panic, but what you just experienced is a MINDSET CHANGE! It’s real. It’s that anxious moment when your training goes out the window….and so does your arrow. Why do I release early? Why can’t I get to my anchor?
I’m fine in practice and when I get to a competition……disaster.

KENTUCKY ELITE ARCHERY ACADEMY

At the Academy, we teach the fundamentals of archery. We work with every child on their own level and at their own pace. We mentor them and help them grow, recognizing their own strengths, unique mindset, and style, because every young archer learns differently.

-They all have their own story
-They are on a different journey.
-They have different personalities.
-Their journey to improvement is unique.

Our goal: To help every child become the best version of themselves every time they step onto the range.

Our goal: To teach that to succeed in archery isn’t always about being better than everyone else, but better than THEY were before, striving to improve their personal best.
