Apex Fitness is happy to announce that today we are celebrating 10 years of service in Grayslake!!! Thank you to ALL members (past and present) that have helped turn Apex into the amazing family that it has become!!! Also, a big thank you to all that have stuck with and continued to support Apex Fitness during these difficult times that we are all currently facing. Apex Fitness is celebrating its 9 year anniversary today! Thank you to all of the Apex Fitness Family for your continued support throughout the years, and especially now during these challenging events that we are all facing.

To celebrate 9 years, I am extending an offer to anyone interested in trying classes: 9 FREE days of unlimited Bootcamp! (Mention this post.)

For anyone that is nervous about working out in a gym, numerous studies have shown that more virus is spread in bars and restaurants than gyms. Being fit will help you build your immune system to fight infections!

Apex is cleaned after every class, and equipment is cleaned after EVERY individual use.

Again, thank you all for your support and continued encouragement! Here's to many more years and burpees at Apex Fitness together! 🙂

Apex Fitness Family....Apex has been open and starting Friday (June 26th) with Phase 4 Illinois we will not have a limit on class size! Also, face masks will NOT be required during phase 4 while you are working out. Please still bring a mask though, as the guidelines require that they are worn when you are not working out.

Thank you Apex Fitness Family for your contributions to the St.Vincent DePaul Food Pantry at St. Gilbert's Church, Grayslake! My car was full!!!! They were so excited to see how much you guys donated in just a few days!!!

We will continue to collect food to be donated as the great need continues.

Apex Fitness Family...starting Monday, May 4th we will be doing a food collection of non-perishable items to be donated to the Avon Township Food Pantry. Items will be collected through the month (and probably longer), and will be dropped off each week. I will leave large plastic bins by the front door corner...please leave items there. If you can, write a note of encouragement on the item(s) you are donating! We could all use an uplifting note :) THANK YOU!!!
