My first smoothie. Mint + cacao. On point! Used my ninja blender and unsweetened oat milk. Had to add a bit extra oat milk to make the blades turn and came out still with lots of small bits but jt is soooo tasty. Very much like a Blake Orchard quality. So glad I ordered 3 of these this month!

I have progressed from my 3 rowing intervals of 500 m to 1,000 over the past few months. Rowing stinks, but I have kept at it!! Add in 3 -10 minute elliptical progressions and leg press sets and my strengthening sequence is bringing results ! Structural reset in 2020 to undo some wonky patterning in my lower body alignment.

My first breakfast!! The jury is out on this chia bowl. The bananas were mushy and watery, but otherwise it was satisfying and I am off to a healthy start today! This is the blackberry + majik bowl. Will review them as I go!
