Family and Friends - We inherited this fabulous lake home from our parents, who so enjoyed sharing it with family and friends. In the spirit of their memory, you are invited to use our Lake House at beautiful Lake of the Ozarks at a discounted rate. Hiller Haus has Five bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located on a great lake front lot. The living area and deck are open and large for your family's enjoym
ent. The kitchen is fully stocked with place settings for at least 12. A good selection of cookware, and basic cooking staples such as sugar, flour, and most spices. The house is near the 7 MM of the main channel on the west side of the lake near Laurie, MO. There is a private two well covered dock with hydro hoists and an attached swimming dock in a quiet cove. We have a canoe, 3 kayaks, 2 paddle boards and a 2-person paddle boat for your use. There is also fishing equipment, life jackets, noodles and other water toys. Marinas close by where you may dine, rent boats, jet skis, etc..(You assume all risks and liability for use of any of our equipment.) We are offering the house for a discount of $50/night OFF the normal rate posted on Evolve . We also have maid service available for $150 for cleaning. It will be open to friends and family all year except Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend which we are leaving open for those willing to pay the peak rate during that peak season. However, we will post here on this private page if it is available during peak season. if you are able to make a spontaneous trip, it will be offered on a first come first served basis.
