We would like to congratulate Sensei Paul Zelnick on his promotion to 5th degree tonight.
We would also like to thank Shihan Monosmith and his students for coming up and teaching self defense techniques etc… (Shihan is Paul’s sensei ) Great seeing you all again. Sorry I don’t have pictures.
