Thank you for being part of the Training Zone Family

This month at the Training Zone we would like to show all our members how much we appreciate them! It all kicks off today - and we’re starting by gifting all active members 250 points in the TZ Rewards Program! These points can be used for several rewards like a free two week membership for a friend, free Kid Zone, a membership upgrade and more. Hey guys and gals, so a new cycle is upon us and we’re pretty excited about it!! The first week of the cycle will be an adjustment week as we figure out weights and learn new movements.

We are continuing with our three-on, one off, two-on, one off workout scheme. Believe it or not, your body will be more resilient against injury and get more “jacked” with proper recovery!!

We will have our “usual” primary strength movements (Back Squat on Monday, Press on Tuesday, Sumo Deadlift on Wednesday and Bench on Fridays) coupled with a dash of mobility. We will however be switching to a hypertrophy style program with higher rep ranges and include some old school bodybuilding exercises. There will be three Secondary movements instead of the two we currently use. As such, the conditioning workouts will be a “touch” shorter. Saturday workouts will still have a longer conditioning component so you can really get your sweat on!

This cycle should give your bodies a bit of a jolt since we have been performing sets of three and sets of five in our last two cycles. We are excited to see how you progress.
