Sierra Nevada Climbing Co-op (SNCC), a local membership driven organization geared towards having fun, training, and building a strong climbing community. The space will offer 24-hour access to members, who get the freedom to play the music they want, whenever they want. We will also have staffed hours for the general public. Gold Crush will be governed as a democracy of members and operated for t

Flowing on the Wall: A Yoga & Climbing Class - Thur. 7/9, 7 - 8 pm, Register online!
*Please note that there will be 3 Friday yoga classes in July; Monday members-only yoga continues

Summer Bloc Party - Thur. 7/16. 4 -9pm, free climbing, activities & tie dye!

There’s an epic NEW set up on the cave wall! Everything from big shoulder moves, stemming, mantles to dyno’s and maybe a rose move...The arete hugging climbs are made all the more fun with some volume dimensionality. Come in and try out these spicy problems for yourself!

Grades range from V1-V8

Public Hours: Wed-Fri 4-9pm & Sat 10-3pm

Featured climb! This Black V5 on the entry wall is a very fun slab-y problem! See how Amari starts this climb with a mantle and a left foot really high. The next transition over the volume is the coolest part because you walk over the volume smearing the whole way only to grab a hidden hold around the corner. The final move is probably the hardest because you have to sink down and match on a very small hold!

Join us this Saturday May 16, 2026 for our annual community party to celebrate another year of Gold Crush Climbing Gym (year 9)! We will be offering FREE drop-ins and gear rental all day! Bring a friend (or a few) in to climb! Members swing by the front desk to pick up free chalk!

A variety of community members will be offering free workshops on their various passions outside of climbing. There will be fun activities for all from learning how to slack-line, to making natural fertilizer to West African dance, painting and more! This is an awesome opportunity to uplift and learn from one another on what makes this vibrant community so cool.

Additionally there will be free food!

Come celebrate everything that makes our vibrant community so special!

It’s always a good time to let loose and get a little silly! Our crew at Ladies Night on 5/7 had so much fun playing climbing games. Steal the Bacon was an absolute highlight and highly recommended for all ages. Everyone rocked it on the obstacle course and a partner climb! 💗

There’s a funky fresh NEW set up on the entry wall! Everything from dyno’s to steep toe hooks and heel hooks. There are some slabby feet moving on volumes and crimps to sloper slapping fun. There’s also some arete hugging heel hooks and crimps for your strong fingers. Come in and try out these epic problems for yourself!

Grades range from V0-V9

BETA ALERT! Climbed two different ways!! This Pink V3 on the right side adjustable wall is a stem-y and slab-y problem for sure! See how Rotem and Shona start this climb with a mantle and only one foot on the other wall. If you get the hand-foot match on the start hold it allows you to skip through some holds for the first few moves. Or you can use the right side sloper to mantle and get your feet high. The next transition over the volume is the coolest part because you can do a walk through or some spicy slab smears to get a foot out to the big volume. The final couple moves are on some great holds while you trust the smearing feet!

Join us for a FREE Student Night TONIGHT Friday, April 24, 6-9 pm! Bring your friends and come climb this evening for FREE!

FREE for everyone!! Includes rental shoes. Must show valid student ID & have a digital waiver on file.

The intention for Student Night is to create space for our student community to get together, build community and climb. We encourage high school and college age students to attend! Please reach out if you have any questions!
